Our bodies NEED nutrition to function efficiently and meet
the daily demands we put on ourselves. Steer clear of diets
that are not focused on this simple fact. Any diet that
cuts out or puts extreme restrictions on entire food groups
is unhealthy and possibly dangerous. Your BASIC needs include:

Eating healthfully does not mean eating perfectly. In fact,
flexibility and education are KEYS for long-term success.
