FirstLine Therapy
is a personalized weight loss and disease prevention dietary plan
that helps add life to your years rather than years to your life.
This approach focuses on improving body composition through dietary
and exercise recommendations.
FirstLine Therapy Basics:
• Eat small, frequent meals throughout the day. Choose
low glycemic index foods
• Medical foods as needed – UltraMeal bars and shakes
• Nutrition supplementation – fish oils, MVI, and
any additional as needed
• Exercise – Aim for 30+ minutes most days of the
week
• Adequate water intake – ½ your body weight
in ounces |

up meetings will consist of nutrition education, trouble-shooting,
