Green Bean
Almondine
Ingredients:
9 oz fresh green beans
1 Tbsp Smart Balance Butter
1-2 Tbsp slivered almonds
1 minced garlic |

Directions:
1. Boil green beans in water in small covered saucepan for 5-8 minutes,
until crisp.
2. Meat butter in small skillet; sauté almonds and garlic
in butter until golden brown.
3. Drain beans and toss with almond mixture and serve.
